Pulse precipitator

Pulse precipitator

The bag filter has a history of more than 100 years since the German company put forward the patent in 1880.
First of all, the filter bag is very large, and then it is transformed into a sleeve dust collector, so the bag filter is also called the sleeve bag filter.
The development history of bag filter is actually the development history of filter material, ash cleaning mode and dust filter structure.
1. Filtering materials

The original filter material is cotton fiber and wool fiber, which is characterized by low temperature resistance, low strength, short service life and poor filtration effect.
Later appeared the chemical fiber, combined with inorganic fiber, metal fiber and so on a large number of applications, so that the bag dust collector has a great development.

2. Clear grey

First, artificial ash, and then mechanical vibration, the initial formation of automatic ash cleaning.
Due to the increasing volume of dust remover and the development of backblowing or backsuction, the invention of pulse ash cleaning in this century has developed rapidly due to the high efficiency and intensity of pulse ash cleaning.
Some people think that pulse dust collector is a revolution in the history of bag dust collector.
So far, most bag filters are pulse ash removers.
When the dust gas enters the dust collector from the inlet and outlet, the airflow first turns to the dust hopper and the air flow slows down.
Due to inertia, the coarse dust in the gas directly falls into the ash bucket, playing the role of pre-dust removal.
The air then folds up through the filter bag, which contains the metal skeleton.
Dust particles are captured and collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered purification gas moves upward in the bag until it enters the purification chamber.
The purified gas is discharged into the exhaust main pipe through the hoist valve.
This bag dust remover is off-line, controlled by PLC, equipped with automatic time control, pressure difference control and manual control.
Each compartment filter bag shall be grouped, several in each group.
With the continuous filtration process, the surface area of the filter bag ash increases gradually, which increases the resistance of the dust collector.
When the system pressure difference rises to the set point, the PLC controller sends a signal.
First of all, close the switch valve of a unit, pulse ash cleaning system works, and spray compressed air into each filter bag of the unit to make the filter bag expand and vibrate, so as to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning.
After the ash removal, open the switch valve again and the unit will enter the filtration state again.
The ash cleaning process is carried out unit by unit at a certain time interval. The ash cleaning time of each pulse valve (100 ~ 300ms) and the time interval between each pulse valve (10≤30s) can be adjusted.
When the system pressure difference drops to the set value, the PLC controller sends out the signal to stop the ash cleaning.
When one unit is cleaning the ash, the other units are still filtering without interfering each other, thus achieving a long time continuous operation and improving the ash cleaning effect.
